Note: Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Seller must present the information in this form to the Buyer in a legible way before the contract is concluded. This page contains general/fixed information; information specific to the product and order (price, quantity, delivery time, etc.) must also be shown separately on the pre-payment confirmation screen for each order. 2. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The name, description, images, variant options (color/size, etc.), and price of the product you wish to purchase are shown on the relevant product page and on the cart/checkout screen. Since our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in color tone compared to the images; this does not constitute a defect.

3. Total Sale Price and Payment Method

The total sale price of the ordered products, including all taxes, and shipping cost (if any) are shown separately on the cart/checkout screen before you confirm payment. Payment is made using the methods offered on the Site (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

4. Delivery Information

Products are shipped to the delivery address you specify in your order via a contracted courier company. The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page; if no commitment is stated, the Product is delivered within the statutory maximum period of 30 days from the order reaching the Seller. Unless stated otherwise, the shipping fee is shown separately in the cart.

5. Right of Withdrawal

A Buyer shopping as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the Product, without giving any reason. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to products manufactured according to custom size/color/name requests or that are otherwise not suitable for return by their nature. 6. Complaints and Objections

The Buyer may submit complaints and objections regarding their order to [info@hobilanka.com], or to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Confirmation

Before confirming their order, the Buyer electronically confirms that they have read this Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement and accept their content.
